At the top of every hour (your local clock) the lights flash and the club posts that hour's headcount on the door: how many got in, how many were VIP, how many got bounced, and how many are still inside. Display only, nothing is paid out, and the night keeps going.
Inside = wallets that got in and have not sold since. Floor 1 holds 100. When it's full it's SOLD OUT and floor 2 opens with room for 150, then 225 and so on. The neon sign, the window lights and the music bars get brighter the fuller the floor is.
The bouncer tosses that wallet out of the door. It lands on the street, BOUNCED, and if it was inside, the headcount drops by one. Buy again and you're back in line.
